Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

Reevix offers a free trial period for new users to evaluate our service. During the trial period, you have full access to all features without any payment obligation. No credit card is required to start your free trial.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • You will retain access to all features until your subscription expires
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be deleted

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Within 14 days of first payment: Full refund available if you are not satisfied with the service
  • Service unavailability: Pro-rated refund if our service experiences significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end
  • Billing errors: Full refund for any duplicate charges or billing mistakes
  • Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund available within the first 30 days of an annual subscription

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 14 days from the initial payment (for monthly subscriptions)
  • Requests made after 30 days from the initial payment (for annual subscriptions)
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date
  • Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described before purchase
  • Issues caused by third-party integrations or your own website/store

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Your payment receipt or transaction ID (if available)

We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

6. Shopify App Store Purchases

If you subscribed to Reevix through the Shopify App Store, refunds are processed according to Shopify's billing policies. Please contact Shopify support or manage your subscription through your Shopify admin panel. We will work with Shopify to process any eligible refund requests.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new policy.
